Terms of Enrollment

1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to purchases of The ManUScript Online, The ManUScript System, and The ManUScript Experience (the "Programs") from The Lives of Men, PBC ("TLoM," "we"). By enrolling, you agree to them.
2. Tuition and payment
Tuition is the price shown on the ManUScript page at the time you enroll. Payments are processed through our learning platform's checkout. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay every installment on its due date. We may suspend access if a payment is missed.
3. All sales are final
Tuition is non-refundable once you enroll, including if you stop participating, do not finish the modules, or your plans change. If you chose a payment plan, all installments remain due for the full term.
4. Founder price
The founder price for The ManUScript System is available to the first 10 members. The price you pay at enrollment is the price for your enrollment. We may change prices for future enrollments.
5. Access
The Online tier includes 6 months of access to the online course. The System and Experience tiers include 1 year of access. Access begins when you enroll and ends when the period ends.
6. Coaching
Voice-note coaching is available through the Voxer app within the limits for your tier, and we respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. System and Experience members may join monthly group coaching calls. Experience members receive private 1:1 coaching sessions on the schedule described on the ManUScript page. Session rescheduling: [state your policy here]. Experience members also receive a printed workbook by mail at the address given at checkout, along with a digital copy. Standard shipping rates and delivery times apply.
7. Not therapy
The ManUScript is an educational leadership and coaching program. It is not therapy, medical care, or financial advice, and it is not a diagnostic service. The Men's Health Index is a reflection tool, not a diagnostic instrument. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the United States.
8. No guaranteed results
Your results depend on your effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.
9. Recordings
Group calls may be recorded and shared with enrolled members inside the course.
10. Program materials
Workbooks, worksheets, videos, and other materials are for your personal use. You may not copy, share, resell, or publish them without our written permission.
11. Conduct
We expect respectful participation on calls and in messages. We may remove a participant who violates this expectation, without refund.
12. Privacy
We use your information to deliver the Programs and to contact you about them. [Link to Privacy Policy once published.]
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you enroll applies to your enrollment.
